ProjectHub- Rudrax's own JIRA
The work-tracking system we built because the alternatives were either too heavy, too rigid, or too expensive. End-to-end project delivery, native Slack and Outlook integration, and the workflow we actually use to run RudraX.

ProjectHub is a work-tracking and project delivery system built by RudraX Technologies, designed for engineering and product teams that need the rigour of an enterprise tool without the configuration overhead, the licensing economics, or the legacy interface debt of the dominant platforms. We built it because we run a software practice across multiple time zones and a dozen concurrent client engagements — and the existing options had become more expensive to operate than they were worth.
ProjectHub is now in commercial beta. The platform is fully live and used to run all RudraX delivery. Public sign-up is opening through 2026. Demos are available by request.
Why we built it
The decision to build our own work-tracking system wasn't taken lightly. We are a software practice — we know the cost of building infrastructure that already exists in the market. We made the call after watching three patterns repeat across our clients and ourselves:
The dominant platforms have become expensive to scale. Per-seat licensing pricing that made sense for ten-person teams becomes punishing at fifty, and a real cost centre at two hundred. The price reflects what the vendor can charge, not what the software costs to run.
The configuration overhead is now unreasonable. Spinning up a new project on a typical enterprise work-tracking system requires hours of setup that adds no value to anyone. The defaults are designed for the hardest cases, which means every easy case pays the configuration tax of the hardest one.
The integrations are still treated as add-ons rather than first-class capabilities. Slack and Outlook are where work conversations actually happen. A work-tracking system that requires the user to leave Slack to update a ticket has lost the argument for its existence.
We built ProjectHub to remove all three.
What ProjectHub does
The end-to-end workflow covers everything a software project actually needs: epics, stories, tasks, sub-tasks, sprints, kanban and scrum boards, time tracking, retrospectives, release planning, and the reporting that lets a Chief Technology Officer or Project Manager answer the questions a board asks without spending a day building a slide.
The interface is dark-mode-first, keyboard-driven, and designed to be operated entirely without taking your hands off the keyboard if you choose to. Every action has a shortcut. The most-used flows — create task, assign, change status, add comment — are sub-second from any screen.
Permissions, roles, and access controls are built for real organisations rather than retrofitted. Client portal views, internal-only views, and read-only stakeholder views are first-class concepts.
Integrations live in production today
ProjectHub is integrated with the tools real teams actually use:
Slack. Two-way native integration. Updates flow into the channels where conversations are already happening. Tasks can be created, assigned, and status-updated from Slack without opening ProjectHub. Threaded discussions on tasks sync back to ProjectHub automatically.
Outlook. Native calendar integration for sprint planning and project milestones. Email-to-task creation. Meeting notes converted into trackable action items in a single click.
Google Workspace. Calendar sync, drive attachments, and identity provider support for organisations running on Google.
GitHub and GitLab. Pull requests linked to tasks automatically, status transitions triggered by code merges, and the repository activity that matters showing up in the work-tracking layer where the project manager can see it without parsing the engineering tool themselves.
Single Sign-On (SSO). SAML 2.0 and OpenID Connect for enterprise customers.
Every integration listed above is live in the production system that runs RudraX's delivery. We are not roadmap-shipping integrations on this page.
How we use it inside RudraX
Every client engagement we deliver runs on ProjectHub. The same system the prospect would be evaluating is the system we are using to manage the conversation about evaluating it. There is something useful about a vendor whose own work is visible in their own product — it forecloses the most common form of agency dishonesty, which is selling work standards the vendor doesn't apply to themselves.
Our internal use covers all twenty-one engineers, designers, and strategists across the United Kingdom and India. Sprint planning, daily delivery, retrospectives, time tracking, and the cross-team rotations our talent thesis depends on — all run through ProjectHub.
Where ProjectHub is going
The commercial beta is open by referral and demo request through the first half of 2026. General availability is targeted for later in 2026. Pricing will be published when the product reaches general availability — we are not committing to it publicly yet, because the per-seat economics of this category are exactly the problem we built ProjectHub to solve and we want to make sure our pricing answers that problem rather than perpetuates it.
If you would like to see ProjectHub or discuss whether it is the right fit for your team, we are taking demo requests. The fastest route is the demo request link below.
