Overview
What we deliver.
RudraX designs and builds MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers and tool-calling connectors for B2B (business-to-business) SaaS (software as a service) products. Your customers can then search, create and take action in your platform directly from Claude, ChatGPT and other AI assistants.
Your customers are starting their work inside AI assistants. If your product cannot be reached from there, they will copy and paste between tabs, or they will pick a competitor that can be reached.
The Model Context Protocol (MCP) is the open standard that Claude, ChatGPT and a growing list of AI tools use to connect to outside software. We turn your existing API (application programming interface) into a well-designed MCP server: a set of tools an AI model can understand, choose correctly and use safely.
What we do
- Map your API to the jobs your customers actually want done, rather than exposing every endpoint
- Build a remote MCP server with OAuth 2.1 sign-in, so each user only sees and changes what they are permitted to
- Add guardrails: confirmations on write actions, rate limits, input validation and audit logs
- Test the connector with real AI assistants and measure how often the model picks the right tool
- Support you through listing in AI assistant directories and app stores
Who it is for
Product and engineering leaders at B2B SaaS companies who want an AI distribution channel without pulling their core team off the roadmap.
Fit
Is this right for you?
Ideal for
- B2B SaaS companies with a working API that want to be usable inside Claude and ChatGPT Product teams that want an AI distribution channel without diverting their core engineers Fintech, HealthTech and GovTech platforms that need permission-aware, auditable AI access Scale-ups preparing a listing in AI assistant directories
Not the right fit if
- Products with no API or a poorly documented one, until the API work is scoped first Teams that only want a chatbot widget on their website Anyone looking for a no-code template for under £2,000

Process
How we work.
01
Discovery (week 1)
we agree the 5 to 10 customer jobs the connector must handle and audit your API, authentication and data model.
02
Tool design (week 1 to 2)
we write the tool specification, permission model and success measures for your sign-off.
03
Build (weeks 2 to 5)
we build the MCP server, sign-in flow, guardrails and automated tests.
04
AI evaluation (weeks 5 to 6)
we test the connector in Claude, ChatGPT and other assistants against real prompts, then tune tool descriptions until accuracy targets are met.
05
Security review and launch (weeks 6 to 7)
we complete penetration-style checks, deploy to production and prepare directory submissions.
06
Handover and support
we provide documentation, a runbook and an optional monthly maintenance plan.

How the intro call works
Everything you need to know before booking
Thirty focused minutes with a senior engineer — no slide decks, no sales pitch. Here's how we make it useful.
- 30 minutes over Google Meet. We'll send a calendar invite with the link once you book.
- A senior member of our team — usually an engineering or product lead — who can scope your project end-to-end and answer technical questions on the call.
- Nothing formal. A short description of the problem you want to solve, any rough timeline or budget, and links to existing products or designs (if you have them) are more than enough.
- All slots are displayed in London time (Europe/London). The calendar invite will adapt to the time zone of your calendar automatically.
- No. The intro call is free with no obligation. If we're a good fit, we'll follow up with a written proposal and fixed-scope plan within two working days.
- If we agree to move forward, you'll receive a written proposal covering scope, milestones, team, timeline and a fixed price. From there, kick-off is typically within 1–2 weeks.
- Yes. Reply to the confirmation email at least a few hours before the slot and we'll reschedule. There is no cancellation fee.
- Happy to. Send your NDA to info@rudrax.co.uk before the slot and we'll have it signed in time for the meeting.
